Returns, Refunds & Shipping Policy
Grow 74OH LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website www.grow74oh.com (“Site”). By placing an order through the Site, you agree to the following policy, which governs the terms of sale, order fulfillment, shipping, and procedures for reporting product-related issues.
All sales made through Grow 74OH LLC are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under standard circumstances. This includes situations involving buyer’s remorse, changes of mind, or dissatisfaction with the outcome of germination or cultivation. Exceptions may be considered on a limited, case-by-case basis in situations involving confirmed shipping errors, damaged items, or incomplete orders. If you believe your package arrived damaged, is missing items, or contains incorrect products, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. All claims must be submitted via email to grow74oh@outlook.com and include your full name, order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence of the package and contents. Once received, we will investigate the matter and respond with a resolution, which may include replacement, store credit, or other corrective action at our sole discretion.
Products that exhibit clear manufacturer defects will be addressed directly with the manufacturer. Grow 74OH LLC will assist in facilitating that process but is not liable for final outcomes related to the warranty or return practices of any third-party manufacturer. As a seed bank and distributor, we do not produce seeds or cultivation tools and cannot accept responsibility for the performance or viability of those products. For seed germination issues, please refer to our Terms of Service. We offer no guarantees on germination, as results vary based on the conditions, methods, and environments used. Germination concerns may be reviewed individually and fairly, but Grow 74OH LLC does not guarantee refunds or replacements for non-germination.
Orders are shipped using a variety of trusted carriers and partners. Our standard processing time is up to seven business days from the date the order is placed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, and external factors such as weather or regional disruptions. Grow 74OH LLC is not responsible for delays or issues once a shipment is in transit. Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect customer information.
If your package has not been marked as delivered and tracking indicates it is undelivered or lost in transit, Grow 74OH LLC will provide a one-time reshipment of the order at no additional charge. Reshipments are subject to review and verification and must be requested within ten business days of the estimated delivery date. If tracking shows a package as “Delivered,” we are unable to offer a reshipment unless the carrier provides documentation confirming a delivery error or misdelivery.
Although we maintain a strict final sale policy, all customer concerns are handled professionally and reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you experience an issue not explicitly addressed in this policy, we encourage you to contact us directly. We value our customers and will make every reasonable effort to resolve your issue fairly and in good faith.
